This is a 438 unit multifamily project in Orlando, FL on the intersection of Lee Vista and Conway. The project site is located near the Orlando International Airport and is tailored to the needs of the airport workforce. The project is anticipated to start construction in Q4 of 2022.
280 unit multifamily project in Sarasota, FL. The project also involves working with the City of Sarasota to develop a Roundabout to improve traffic flow in the area surrounding the development. The project is anticipated to start construction in Q4 of 2022.
460 unit multifamily development in Austin, TX. The Austin market is one of the fastest growing in the country. MMI closed on the purchase of the land and secured the necessary equity and construction loan in October 2021. Site Development and Construction started Q1 2022.
Progress Village Apartments is a 291 unit multifamily property in Tampa, Fl. The project was completed in Q4 of 2020. The total project cost was $48,000,000 and MMI finished $1M under budget. Project level IRR is currently at 75.4%.
A proposed Public Private Partnership (P3) with Hillsborough County that involves park improvements, affordable housing and initiatives to reduce flooding. Conversations with Hillsborough County for the P3 are in progress.
